Sauté diced onion until softened, then add ground beef and cook until browned. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and oregano; let cool slightly.
Melt butter and mix with garlic and parmesan to make the topping.
Flatten each biscuit gently to make room for filling.
Add a scoop of beef and cheddar to the center of each biscuit.
Pinch and seal edges tightly, forming a ball; place seam-side down.
Brush tops with garlic parmesan butter.
Bake at 375°F for 10–15 minutes until golden and puffy.
Brush again with butter mixture and sprinkle parsley before serving (optional).
